Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsIn this work, dehydrator models were studied using CFD. Overall the manuscript is well-written, and the results are interesting and discussed in-depth. There are a few issues that should be addressed before considering for publication.
1. Why did the authors choose the modification adopted in Eq. (2)?
2. Each equipment has different dimensions. Are those dimensions adopted from a real case?
3. Please provide more details on the mesh used for conducting the CFD simulations, the residuals, and the boundary conditions. This information is necessary to properly assess the results. Not all readers are familiar with SolidWorks. A scheme displaying the boundary conditions would be useful.
4. As far as I understand, Model 2 surpasses Model 1 in all aspects. What is the benefit of studying Model 1? Does it have any noteworthy capabilities?
