- (1)
- clean the electrode surface of the PZT tube with alcohol and dry in air;
- (2)
- connect the ground wire with the inner electrodes;
- (3)
- glue the two nuts with both ends of the PZT tube with epoxy glue to form the stator;
- (4)
- connect the fine wire with the four groups of the outside electrodes;
- (5)
- screw the rod into the stator to finish the fabrication of the prototype.
