- NSCLC (adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma);
- Operable case with anatomical resection (lobectomy, bilobectomy, pneumonectomy);
- N2 single zone pathologically confirmed post-surgery.

- Mixed histotype;
- Presence of metastases at diagnosis;
