Thank you for your careful revision, but I have the following suggestions, which I hope will be helpful to you.
1. There are still some detail problems with the reference. Why do some sentences have a period, but some sentences don't have a period? For example [8, 11, 12, 32].
2. Regarding the conclusion, I give suggestions in different directions from the perspective of various stakeholders, which will make your conclusion more practical.

1. There are still some detail problems with the reference. Why do some sentences have a period, but some sentences don't have a period? For example [8, 11, 12, 32].

1.1.The period of all references is edited according to your comment. ( reference section).

2. Regarding the conclusion, I give suggestions in different directions from the perspective of various stakeholders, which will make your conclusion more practical.
