Use of Graphical and Numerical Approaches for Diallel Analysis of Grain Yield and Its Attributes in Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) under Varying Environmental Conditions
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report (Previous Reviewer 3)
Dear Authors, Though you have done some corrections, the manuscript still needs major changes in writing to make it understandable to the readers. The aim and novel aspects of the research should be clearly mentioned. The discussion must be rearranged in light of the previous studies. Please thoroughly work on the manuscript.

5/Conclusions in line 130 and 133 please delete Therefore, Therefore, population improvement may be followed to isolate superior recombinants for the development of desired parent/s in fu- 131 ture breeding programs in all tested environments. Grain yield per plant was influenced 132 by over dominance gene effect. Therefore, while selecting segregants for improvement of 133 yield attributing traits, selection may be delayed by the time dominance will be diluted 134 and transgressive segregants could be identified. 6/ Add reference 60-63 in Literature 27-29 |

Typing mistakes and extra spacing still exist in the manuscript. Carefully check the units and formula used. Check the level of significance used in the Tables. Quality of the figures can be improved. Also check the reference list and remove irrelevant references from the list.

Chaudhari et al. have reported the effect of environments on the genotypes crossed in half-diallel fashion. Though the research appears fine, the manuscript needs to be rewritten in order to make it understandable to the readers. English language and lack of clarity in writing are the two main issues. The aim, future prospects, and novel aspects of the research should be clearly mentioned. The discussion must be rearranged in light of the previous studies. Though the manuscript is not ready to be published in its present form, it can be resubmitted once the authors work on the suggestions to improve the quality of the manuscript.
