Application of Niosomes in Cosmetics: A Systematic Review

In this manuscript, the authors tried to summarize the application of noisome in cosmetic. The topic is very meaningful; Therefore, this manuscript may be a good contribution to the field of cosmetics. However, there are too many sections in this manuscript (16 sections), so the structure of the manuscript needs to be further improved in order to better show it to the readers.

In my opinion, sections 2-5 mainly described the methodology and specific implementation process of the current system literature review; sections 6-7 introduced the structure, types and preparation of noisome; sections 8-14 described the mechanism of action and applications of niosomes in cosmetic. Therefore, three sections may be sufficient to cover above contents.

In addition, the title of “10. Antioxidant and whitening effect”, “11. Anti-scarring effect” and “12. Antiaging effect” are not appropriate, because the above effects are not directly derived from noisome but from the active ingredients (e.g., ellagic acid) protected or delivered by noisome.

Therefore, three sections may be sufficient to cover above contents.	Thanks for your valuable comments and suggestion, we have merged 2-5 all under methodology. We have merged 6 and 7 under the title of “niosomes structure, types, and methods of preparation”
In addition, the title of “10. Antioxidant and whitening effect”, “11. Anti-scarring effect” and “12. Antiaging effect” are not appropriate, because the above effects are not directly derived from noisome but from the active ingredients (e.g., ellagic acid) protected or delivered by noisome.	We agreed for these comments, and we really appreciate because as you commented that niosomes does not give ant effect, it is just a delivery system. So based on your comments we have changed the titles to: ·         Niosomes for the delivery of antioxidant and whitening ingredients. ·         Niosomes for the delivery of anti-scarring ingredients. ·         Niosomes for the delivery of antiaging effect ingredients.
