Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Authors present autonomous modulation categorization algorithm for amplify and forward relaying diversity systems in this manuscript. And comments are listed as follows:

1 What’s the full name of ‘AMC’?

2 The description of ‘Autonomous modulation categorization (ARC)’has error.

3 In the part of introduction, authors should strengthen the description of novelty and contribution in this manuscript.

4 Authors should provide a flowchart of the proposed method.

5 Authors should also present results of comparison methods in the part of simulation.

Reviewer 2 Report

1. Abstract, summarize the numerical results of proposed work, and discuss how it outperforms existing works.

2. Related work should be mentioned in a separate section by highlighting the comparative analysis in tabular manner. What are the unique features of this study compared to the existing works?

3. Contributions should be highlighted in bullet points and justified

4. A ‘Research Gap’ section should incorporate which will states the purpose of the study

5. There are various variants of Monte Carlo technique, which one is utilized in this work.

6. Conclusion also required presenting in more quantitative manner

7. A critical comparative analysis between various variants of Monte Carlo simulation techniques are required.

8. More critical and comprehensive result analysis section is required. Results's figures must be critically discussed and analyzed.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

After revision, the manuscript has been improved. In my opinion, this manuscript needs the following minor revision:

The flowchart in figure 6 is not friendly for readers. Authors should read other papers and improve presentation of the flowchart in figure 6.

Reviewer 2 Report

Authors tried to incorporate most of the comments of the reviewer, but still the 5th comment is not clear. The question of the reviewer is what type of Monte Carlo simulation technique is utilized by the authors as there are different variants of MC simulation is available such as Non-sequential, Sequential or chronological or Pseudo-chronological.
