Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This work explores spectral-spatial data to review Traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning Techniques thoroughly. The paper's contribution to existing knowledge in this research field is well justified. The paper needs to contribute more, and the following points can improve the manuscript.

  1. The title can be improved. HIS should be defined.
  2. Enhance the abstract and introduction to show the motivation for this work.
  3. Figure 1 can be removed.
  4. Figure 6 should be removed and written only in the text.
  5. Figures 3, 7, and 9 should be improved.
  6. Tables 1, 3, 4, and 5 should be updated to include 2021 and 2022 research work.
  7. The manuscript organization should be improved.
  8. Improve the English of the work. There are too many problems with paper typesetting.
  9. The paper is unsuitable for acceptance in its current form. The article needs rewriting to address the comments mentioned above.
