Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This research is of great significance for scientific and rational management and protection of ecological resources in mountainous areas, and for promoting human survival and sustainable development. The research on key technologies in this paper provides technical support for the visualization of tourism statistical data and has certain practical value. The realization of the travel e-commerce platform provides a visual operating environment for travel merchants and users, so that travel merchants can mine users' preferences so that users can effectively obtain travel plans they are interested in, which is conducive to promoting the development of travel recommendation platforms. The experimental verification method has been relatively perfect, which is very suitable for publication in this journal, but the following things need to be improved before publication:

1: To improve tourist satisfaction and enhance the image of tourist destinations, increased cities are beginning to focus on the construction of urban tourism public services?

2: Please analyse in detail that tourists can obtain high-quality services through this platform to meet the personalized and diversified tourism needs; tourism enterprises can obtain massive resource information through this platform.

3: For the real-time data of scenic spots, how to present them in a scientific and visual way and analyse them?

4: When the number of tourists exceeds the range that the scenic ecosystem can bear, it is necessary to artificially relieve the adjustment pressure of the scenic spot, or limit the number of tourists. Which method is used to achieve this?

5: Buffer analysis is based on point, line, and surface entities, and automatically builds a buffer polygon layer within a certain width around them?

6: Please analyse the core design module, provide various possible line information in detail in the line formulation, and fully show the user, the mechanism that can be filtered according to the conditions when searching.

1. The authors need to improve the readability and logical flow of the introduction.

In particular, the introduction should focus more on smart tourism and destination management systems.

2. Throughout the entire manuscript, the current study does not contain enough knowledge on tourism, tourism destination, etc.

3. The analyses for figures should be justified. Why and how was such an analysis needed and conducted?

4. THe authors should elaborate more on the benefits of a designed smart tourism platform/system.

5. Please consider the feasibility of a designed system.

4.
