Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Authors have taken significant research area and provided the outcome in the appreciable manner. Need minor revision to process the article

1) Significance of the relay cooperative scheme compared to existing schemes need to be discussed.

2) Comparative analysis with past literature in Tabular form before the conclusion part will add value to the article and easy analysis

3) Transmission power and jamming power effective and associated parameters need to be discussed

4) Any possibility in testing at real-time scenario other than simulation?

5) Distinguish system covertness and reconfigurability as per your option on current work is concerned.

Reviewer 2 Report

Pls consider the following concerns:

1.  The system is not clear enough. How is the cooperative jamming implemented? Especially with full dupex relay. How is jamming helping the covert communications?

2. It seems that the SatCom uses the single beam, but actually multi-beam is commonly employed in practice. Such as the literature "Dynamic Resource Allocation with Deep Reinforcement Learning in Multibeam Satellite Communication," in IEEE Wireless Communications Letters.

3. What is the fundamental for eq.9? How is loss factor design? More analysis is needed.

4. The simulation only contains 3 figures and two of which are showing PDE. I think maybe the jamming performance can be considered or at least discussed.
