Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The result presented in the article is of scientific interest, new and have perspective to be developed further.  Unfortunately, presentation of the material should be improved. First of all the Introduction shoul be more detailed. It is difficult, for example, follow by list [7-48] (line 36) at once. I suggest to make more nerrow groups by subject.

I think the main difficulties are in the Section 5.  There are too many details in a description of mahtematical actions, but the very results are not clearly presented. May be it will be possible to make a diagram with branches of the solutions or so. The details of calculation may be saved for arxiv version, but in the article the reasders are more interested in results.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

Unfortunately I did not find "major revision" of the section 5. Too many detail of calculation. I think for readers of the "Universe" journal such detal does not interesting. Therefore I recomended to make more acsent on the result.  From the other hand the material of the article is more suitable, say, for "International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics". I think that publication of the article in IJGMMP can be accapted in the present form.

Besides there are few misprints. Check lines 104, 110 (28), 126 (37) for dots and commas.
