The authors address a specific explanation on a known problem with the "Pamela positron excess" using a model with charged Dark Matter particles. It is not completely addressed the problematic of a universe filled with charged particles, or in other words a universe filled with plasma. The implication of such a type of DM on the galaxy structure has to be described.
