2. In Equation (10.47) and in captions to Figures 19–21, as well as in the first line after Figure 19 and in the first and third lines after Figure 20, instead of γ_αβ,hel/γ_αβ,hel, the formula should be γ_αβ,hel/γ_αβ,rec.
