1. From the data in Table 3, we can see that the system COP in February is the lowest. However,  the heating load and working conditions in February should not be the most unfavorable. Please analyze the reason.

2. It is recommended to clearly mark the legend in Figure 5 corresponding to the four modes in Table 2.

3. Whether it is possible to give the COP of the solar heating system and the air source heat pump system separately, so that readers can obtain the performance parameters of the air source heat pump system under low temperature conditions, and it will also help to analyze the overall COP of the system.

This paper investigated the application of a solar-air source heat pump dual-supply heating system in the high-cold area of China. The research topic is interesting and the structure of the paper is relatively complete. However, I have the following major concerns.

1.      The language should be double checked or polished by the language editing services, there are some grammar mistakes and some descriptions are not easy to understand.

2.      There are many studies about the solar-air integrated heat pump heating system, what’s the novelty of this study? It is not quite clear.

3.      Which version of TRNSYS does the author use?

4.      The boundary conditions and assumptions are not clearly clarified.

5.      How to evaluate the accuracy of the model?
