Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors proposed a Multi-agent cooperative control method for flexible regulation of high new energy power systems, which utilizes distributed energy storage systems as terminal agents with upgraded strategies, and a coordination agent for interaction and coordinated control.

It is important to note that while similar methods may exist in the literature, this particular approach contributes novel ideas and strategies to the field.

To improve the introduction section, the authors are advised to conduct a literature survey and analyze the reported references in order to clearly outline the main novelty of the proposed work.

It is recommended that the authors add a nomenclature section for clarity and consistency in terminology.

In order to enhance understanding, the stability analysis needs to be thoroughly explained.

Reviewer 2 Report

There are several major concerns about this paper:

1) I do not see the cooperative control method in this paper

2) The problem formulation is not clear. What is the model being considered? What is the target or objective of the controller being proposed in the paper? How agents communicate with each other? What is the assumption on the network communication?

3) The stability analysis is not rigorously done.

4) The example is too simple.

5) There is no multi-agent appearing in the simulation results.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors have submitted a revised version of their manuscript, which has been recommended for publication. However, I suggest that some parts of the template be revised to better align with the updated content. Additionally, I would recommend adding some new references to the list, as it appears that the current reference list may be outdated.
