Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The manuscript seems interesting as apparently new species of alfalfa have been compared and characterized by HPLC-MS. However, minor changes should be done before publishing.

Please check carefully words spelling and English.

Introduction:

-If doing this statement “ but also in expanding the raw 39 material base of the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.” Include the references that corroborate that alfalfa is used in cosmetic and pharmaceutical.

-Please, highlight the novelty of the research.

Materials and methods:

-2.3., 2.4 and 2.5 include references

Results:

-“The maximum yield of bioactive substances 114 from alfalfa aerial parts (variety Sarga) was observed under the following extraction condition:” If these two conditions are mentioned, please include in materials all the conditions tested. It it was performed a quadratic model, please include this data.

-Line 169: The table mentioned does not match with the number of the following table.

-I would appreciate if authors focused a little more on the extraction process, and also in the discussion section.

Best regards

There are some inaccuracies in the text, please correct.

What is the extraction yield?

The research identified new compounds not yet identified in alfalfa, as indicated in the conclusions.
