The clarity of the presented results could be improved if different colored lines were used in the graphs. Also, the equations throughout the paper need to be rewritten. They are not written in a mathematical way but as a text. Equation labels do not match the journal template. Equation 4 is missing an opening parenthesis. Equation 5 is missing. The title of Table 4 is too long. Only the first sentence could remain. There is overlapping text in the title of Table 5. In the References used, source 4 is in a different font. The last sentence of the Introduction is missing a period.

I found the article and the topic interesting. However, before this, it should be reviewed for little issues as I listed below.

-English needs to be improved.

-Discussion section is too short mainly for the last part (from line 390 to 399) regarding the hypoglycemic test and the hinibitory assay.
