Reviewer 2 Report

Dear authors,

Thanks for providing the opportunity to review this interesting manuscript. Unfortunately, a major barrier towards reviewing this manuscript is the perceived need for extensive editing of the English language used throughout the article, and the related style.

However, should this be done using a professional editor, it would be helpful to resubmit and re-review this article.

Author Response

Dear Reviewer

Thank you for your comments on my case report.

Regarding to the references of the introduction, the most appropriate bibliography concerning the PTSD, the PTSD in women who use substances, the drug  treatment and the postpartum PTSD have been used.

Cοncerning to the research design,i have to point out that specific incident was a part of o cohort sample which studied the PTSD in pospartum women.Futhermore the design and methodology applied followed the protocols set by the National Center of PTSD in the USA.

The results of the study concern the psychopathology of drug addiction traumas and its revival through childbirth experiance. This case report is characteristic of drug comorbidities and requires caution by mental health and midwifery professionals. The first figure depicts personal traumas and the second the results of the postpartum PTSD.

The conclusions reflects the basic meaning of resaerch that is the ability of past PTSD to be revivet by a new stressful experience, especially when there are no supportive environments.

Pertaining to the use of the English language, we will proceed to the necessary corrections.

Kindest Regards

Antoniou Evangelia
