This is reasonable work on the study of WdW approach in case the change of 

 metric signature.

However, few points should be discussed. It is rather well-known that WdW eq is rather poor and hardly correct approximation to QG. That is the reason it appears not very frequently in current literature. Nevertheless, the author writes in such a way that there appears the opinion that WdW eq is the only possible way to describe QG. This is definitely wrong and should be corrected. The other weak point of this ms is that it is not clear the origin of signature change. In classical gravity there was proposal that it maybe caused by quantum field fluctuations, see for instance, e-print hep-th/9406145 and refs there. Some revision along these points is requested.
