Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

As a result of intensive breeding and the intensive use of farm animals, reproductive problems are becoming more frequent. Therefore, assisted animal reproduction techniques are becoming increasingly important. In insemination, the sperm of one male can fertilize many more females than in the case of natural mating. Male fertility, understood as the effectiveness of mating or insemination procedures, depends primarily on the quality of the semen.

The purpose of the Special Issue “Livestock Fertility and Artificial Insemination” is to present the latest scientific achievements in the livestock fertility, and advanced techniques for assessments of semen and insemination effectiveness. We also invite original research papers that address methods for the assessment of boars’ sexual activity parameters. We look forward to receiving your contributions.

Original research articles and reviewers are accepted.
