Dear Colleagues,
Prostate cancer is known both for its indolent progression and long natural history. The course of this disease presents significant challenges regarding prognostication, long-term risk assessment, and survivorship. For publication in this Special Issue, we invite submissions covering a wide range of topics within the management of prostate cancer. These include but are not limited to
- Current challenges in prostate cancer diagnosis and screening;
- The role of biomarkers in diagnosis and prognosis and the importance of early detection;
- Risk stratification and prognostication;
- The potential of emerging therapies to improve the outcome of treatment and reduce side effects;
- Management of treatment-related side effects and/or men’s health implications for prostate cancer survivors;
- Prostate cancer survivorship.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Biomedicines is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
