Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
In recent years, the field of cancer treatment has seen transformative changes, particularly with the emergence of precision medicine as a groundbreaking approach. This paradigm shift empowers healthcare providers to customize therapies based on the unique genetic and molecular profile of each patient, moving away from the traditional one-size-fits-all model of cancer treatment approach. This special issue seeks to explore the cutting-edge developments, challenges, and future prospects of precision medicine in the field of cancer oncology.
Topics of Interest Include, but are not limited to:
- Genomic profiling and targeted therapies
- Artificial Intelligence and machine learning in diagnostic pathology
- Data analytics for treatment optimization
- individualized treatment plans
- Role of immunotherapy in precision medicine
- Real-world applications of precision medicine in oncology
- The development of precision medicine for pediatric oncology
We invite original research articles and reviews from researchers and clinicians to contribute to this multidisciplinary special issue. The aim is to create a comprehensive and insightful collection of articles that shed light on how precision medicine is revolutionizing cancer treatment, from bench to bedside.
