Medicinal Chemistry and Preliminary Screening

The aim of this section is to disclose experimental procedures of preparation of novel drug candidates, including use of special methodologies and any effort made in order to improve yields or environmental impact. Biomolecules (oligonucleotides, peptides, oligosaccharides), active ingredients of natural origin, as well as radiopharmaceuticals are covered in this section.

Improvement of physico-chemical properties and preliminary in vitro assays (including high-throughput screening) will complete the overview of the bench works, skills, and obstacles paving the route to the discovery of novel leads.
