The 14th International Scientific Conference TechSys 2025—Engineering, Technologies and Systems is organized by the Technical University of Sofia, Plovdiv Branch, within the frame of “Science Days of Technical University of Sofia” and supported by the University Scientific and Research Sector. The conference will be held on 15–17 May 2025 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Over the years, the TechSys conference has been recognized as a leader in forums dedicated to technical science and engineering. It has become a dedicated space for meetings between leading researchers, young scientists, and representatives of leading companies in the industry. The primary goal of TechSys is to bring together individuals from academia and industry, scientists, and experts in engineering and technology to share their ideas and innovations.

Building on the success of previous iterations, ENC 2025 will be hosted by the Polish Navigation Forum (PNF) in collaboration with the European Group of Institutes of Navigation (EUGIN). The ITISE 2025 (11th International Conference on Time Series and Forecasting) will provide a discussion forum for scientists, engineers, educators and students about the latest ideas and realizations in the foundations, theory, models and applications for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research. This conference will encompass disciplines of computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, forecasting, econometric, etc., in the field of time series analysis and forecasting.
The aims of ITISE 2025 is to create an environment conducive to the establishment or strengthening of scientific collaborations and exchanges among attendees. As such, the conference solicits high-quality original research papers (including significant works in progress) on any aspect related to time series analysis and forecasting, incentivizing the generation and development of new computational techniques and methods in the field of time series analysis and forecasting.
