Dear Colleagues,
Climate is an important environmental and habitat factor for forest landscapes. The ecosystems of forest landscapes are adapted to certain climatic conditions. However, the climate is changing, and so are the impacts on forest landscapes. This alone changes the nature of forest ecological management. There is a wide spectrum of influence on forest landscapes and ecosystems, whether they are natural or artificial areas. The impact is manifested not only in the ability of plants to grow and develop but also in their vulnerability to climatic changes. There are many different factors. Forest fires under the influence of climate affect forest landscapes. By directly and indirectly influencing the climate, humankind further affects the management of forest ecosystems.
The aim of this Special Issue is to pay special attention to all potential impacts of climate and climate change on forest landscapes and their management (direct and indirect impacts, those with and without human factors).
This Special Issue includes all topics related to the relationship between climate and forest landscapes, whether positive or negative relationship, that is influenced by the following: (a) climatic changes, (b) microclimatic conditions, and (c) meteorological factors in all forms of forest landscapes and ecosystems, as well as all regions and areas.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Forests is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
