Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue entitled "Integrative Health: Advances in Pilates, Holistic Techniques, and Complementary Therapies in Special Populations" aims to explore and disseminate innovative research and practical experiences in the field of integrative health, with a particular focus on the application of Pilates, holistic techniques, and complementary therapies in special populations. This Special Issue seeks to gather original research articles, systematic reviews, and case studies that address the impact of these interventions on improving quality of life, pain management, rehabilitation, and overall well-being in groups such as older adults, patients with chronic diseases, individuals with disabilities, and pregnant women, among others. Selected articles should provide rigorous scientific evidence as well as practical insights into the implementation and benefits of these integrative approaches, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in this emerging field of health.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Healthcare is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
