On behalf of the Amity Institute of Food Technology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India (AIFT-AUUP), it is our pleasure to invite you to the 5th AMIFOST—International Conference on “Food sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities for the Future”, which will take place on 29–31 March 2022 in Uttar Pradesh, India (http://www.amity.edu/aift).
This conference will include two keynotes, invited lectures and presentations by prominent scientists in the areas of food science & technology, nutrition, horticulture, food and culture, traditional foods, sustainable food systems, biotechnology, and microbiology (https://www.amity.edu/AIFT/AMIFOST2022/).
In addition, this scientific conference includes discussions and deliberations on emerging topics related to food sustainable systems, innovation in food systems, governance, climate change, and sustainable food production and the SDGs. This conference has invited oral and poster presentations that span across nine themes, including sustainable green food processing technologies, technologies for food safety and quality analysis, climate change and sustainable food production, valorization of food by-products and food waste, food diversity and food security, advances in food formulations and packaging—introducing sustainable food products and technologies, responsible consumption and sustainable diets , conservation and promotion of traditional food culture, food and function: achieving bigger goals. This conference is expected to unite scientists from Europe, the US, the Mediterranean, Asia, and other countries.
The participation of students is highly supported, with special registration fees available.
The conference will be in online format, due to the current pandemic situation, and this also provides a balanced platform for all the researchers worldwide.
