Section Information
This section highlights the importance of using multi-disciplinary research approaches to address infectious and chronic diseases and to understand the complex underlying relationships with social determinants of health, climate change, and environmental conditions. The section focuses on public health aspects pertaining to infectious and chronic diseases, with an emphasis on disease prevention. The section is designed to aid the publication of original articles, review articles and meta-analyses, research protocols, and communications from innovative research on the pathobiology, epidemiology, prevention, and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
