Molecular Role of Xenobiotics

A section of International Journal of Molecular Sciences (ISSN 1422-0067).

Section Information

This section of the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (IJMS) aims to rapidly publish contributions on molecular mechanisms of xenobiotics (i.e., chemical substances found in an organism that are not naturally produced or expected to be present within the organism). We welcome submissions and studies on the mechanisms of action of xenobiotics in organisms, their utility in medicine, and their side or toxic effects. Studies on molecules that avoid or attenuate the toxic effects of xenobiotics are also expected.
