Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

It is my honor to announce this Special Issue on “Clinical Diagnosis, Monitoring, and Treatment for Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)”. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI), also known as a heart attack, occurs when the blood flow to a part of the heart is blocked, leading to damage or death of the heart muscle. This is usually caused by a blood clot in the coronary arteries, which supply the heart with oxygen-rich blood.

In recent decades, the diagnosis, treatment, and outcome of patients with an acute myocardial infarction have changed tremendously. The prompt recognition, diagnosis, and treatment of AMI are critical to improving patient outcomes and reducing the risk of complications. Close monitoring and comprehensive post-treatment care are essential for promoting recovery and long-term heart health.

We welcome authors to submit original research articles and review papers to this Special Issue.
