Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The social environment in which humans live is inevitably affected by the development of technology. The ongoing institutionalization of large-scale investments in social policies to promote sustainable development and economic growth presents many challenges with the creation of necessary capacity and robust systems for effective management of such schemes in all phases of their implementation cycle. Education, health, and social protection systems provide people with an opportunity to develop from their own resources and live independently, as well as to support the societal growth of wealth. Educational systems that can adapt to people’s needs as well as changes in society, the environment, and technologies are needed to improve quality of life. In addition, there is demand for a system that can evaluate and improve the proper functioning of these educational systems or health systems.
This Special Issue focuses on research on social management systems that are changing with the development of technology. We are interested in submissions utilizing a variety of methodological perspectives, and welcome both original research and review articles.
Potential topics include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Education technology and management systems;
- Healthcare technology and management systems;
- Business technology and management systems;
- Culture technology and management systems;
- IT and computer-based social management systems;
- Advances in science and engineering for social development;
