We acknowledge very much to the reviewers for their helpful comments that have contributed greatly to the improvement of our paper through the all revision process. Thank you very much to both editors and reviewers for their rigor, professionalism, consideration and help. "It is our first paper in "Antioxidants". I'm really satisfied with the speed and efficiency in the process of revision and publication. The process was fast, and fair, since we received comments from 3 judges, all of which were very constructive and helpful in giving adapted advice for manuscript improvement. It was a pleasure to collaborate with the staff and editor. The assigned editor and staff were very helpful in all steps even from submission till the final acceptance. "Publishing in Antioxidants is a very exciting experience. The platform for uploading files is easy to use. The Editorial Staff provides full and clear information on the ongoing reviewing process. The Editors and Editorial Board is fully open to take into considerations opinions of the Authors when they disagree with criticisms raised by reviewers. The reviewing process is incredibly well conducted and fast, leading to decision af acceptance/revision/rejection in 2-3 weeks from submission. Revision of resubmitted manuscript is accomplished in 7-10 days and, once accepted, the manuscript is published in less than a week. And this fast process is accompanied by rigorous analysis by reviewers of the submitted manuscripts, thus allowing Antioxidants to increase yearly its I.F. and rank in the category of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Journals. It is worth underlining that the aforementioned characteristics are common the the other scientific MDPI Journals we experienced with. We will certainly continue to submit our manuscript to Antioxidants and other MDPI Journals."

"I have to admit that publishing in Micromachines turned out to be a much better experience than what I expected. Receiving three detailed reviewers’ reports less than one month after the initial submission (of a 36 pages long document) already positively impressed me, but what was really exceeding my expectations was the detailed analysis in the post-acceptance phase. Careful figure controls, copyright checks, acronyms verifications, etc… Everything was verified and fine-tuned to optimize the manuscript. After this experience I will definitely consider the journal for future submissions!"
