In this study, a content analysis of 23 cases of application of the KS method is carried out.

This is a relevant study in the area of behavior modification and skills acquisition.

The manuscript is very well written and the research, correctly justified.

The introduction is complete and correct, as well as the methodology and the results presented.

I suggest including in the discussion some of the limitations of the study, for example, that cultural differences were not taken into account.

This is an important aspect because the research was conducted with children from different countries.

It is also necessary to include as a limitation that the method KS was applied on some occasions in the family environment, and on others in the educational environment.

This is a strange variable that can significantly affect the results and has not been considered by the authors.

The study focused on using "Kids’Skills Method" to improve young students' Social-emotional and Self-management skills. The article is well written, and the findings of the study are useful for different stakeholders. However, there are a few minor issues that require revision before it is accepted for publication.

1. The language of the article is satisfactory, however, it needs some revision. For example, the first line of the article has the repeated word, "experience".

2. As the participants were from different countries, further information is required for them. For example, were they all learning in the same school, or at different schools? The language factor should be explained. For example, foreigners from different language backgrounds living and/or studying in Finland may have some issues related to language. Further, was the KS method used by the school counsellor/parent in the kids' mother language, the local language (Finnish language), or English?

3. The findings show that KS method helped participants in achieving the desired goals. However, were there any challenges faced by the participants (Counselors, teachers, parents etc.) before, during or after applying the KS method? I believe writing challenges faced by participants would help the teachers and parents (and other stakeholders) from different countries in applying the KS method most effectively.

4. It seems that this study must have many implications in real-world settings. One sentence of the implications does not justify the importance of KS method in national and international settings. Thus I suggest the implications of the study should be elaborated further.
