1. You have formulated hypotheses, you can provide a figure for relation between variables.

I am afraid the whole conclusion section needs to be re-written with clear explanations as to what the findings mean. My major issue with the paper is regarding its contribution which was not clear to me.

The manuscript entitled " Digital Maturity and Corporate Performance: Case of Baltic States" (Manuscript ID: JOItmC-543937), analyses the correlation between digital maturity and corporate performance.

The manuscript is on an interesting and important topic, it may contribute to the literature but there are still necessary amendments in order to be worth publishing. The abstract should be narrowed to details on the period, sample used in the research, methodology and policy implications.

The introductory section describes well the topic of the paper, alongside the contribution to the specific literature. However, there should be pointed out the connection of the examined subject with previous studies from where it turns out the originality and novelty of the paper. This section has only a few references. Thus, I recommend an extension with further studies. Additionally, the introduction can be split in two separate sections, respectively introduction and literature review. I suggest the authors to present an outline of the paper at the end of the introduction.

Methodology: the financial indicators from rows 213-249 can be included in a table at the end of the article. Moreover, the authors should motivate the indicators used for company performance. As indicators for company performance are used accounting measures and market based measures.  Why the authors choose only some of the financial indicators? The authors should motivate their choice of variable given more details by underlying of what has been identified or not yet researched/included in the previous studies. Furthermore, the authors’ should consider the use of a statistic soft to validate their research through regression models.

The last section concludes the paper, but fails in providing the research limitations and future research avenues.
