Thank you for interesting read. 

This is a qualitative study as you did interviews, thus saturation point must be determined. Please look into following papers that provide point-of-saturation to determine a sample size in the qualitative papers.

Since only males have been interviewed, do you think that females may see scenario differently? You should write it in limitation and ask the future studies to explore this dimension. There could be a chance that gender may have/have not a role in the process.

Reduce the introduction section and ensure you end the section with clearly stating the aim of research. Literature should be updated. You should include a separate section for critical review of existing literature. 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 should be in literature review section.

First of all, I would like to thank the authors for the opportunity to read this paper. It was an interesting reading.

However, I would like to make a few recommendations, which I hope will manage to guide the authors in order to improve the paper.

The introduction part can be divided into two sections, namely - 1. Introduction and 2. Theoretical background or Literature review. In the present form, the Introduction is too long. More recent literature can be added, as only 12 sources of 29 are newer than 2016.

Also, the Conclusion part can be extended with references to the usefulness of the study for other organisations, mentioning, as well, the limitations of the study and further research directions.
