The Organizing Committee of the 29th International Liquid Crystal Conference (ILCC2024) invites the worldwide community of liquid crystals to attend the ILCC2024, which will be held for the first time in South America, at the city of Rio de Janeiro–Brazil. This traditional forum will be dedicated to recent advances and perspectives in the field of liquid crystals.

The conference has been divided into six themes. Please submit your articles as soon as possible, indicating which theme best fits your submission.

ILCC 2024 will take place in Rio de Janeiro, in person only. Below are the important dates for registering and abstract submission.

• Abstract submission—15 November 2023–15 Feburary 2024
• Abstract acceptance notification deadline—20 March 2024
• Deadline for early bird registration payment—10 April 2024
• Deadline for regular registration payment—20 June 2024
• Conference—21–26 July 2024
