The 15th European Workshop in Phosphorus Chemistry (EWPC-15) will be hosted at Uppsala University from 14–16 March 2018.
The long tradition of workshops previously held in Kaiserslautern (2004), Bonn (2005), Leipzig (2006), Zandvoort (2007), Regensburg (2008), Florence (2009), Budapest (2010), Münster (2011), Rennes (2012), Regensburg (2013), Sofia (2014), Kassel (2015), Berlin (2016), and Cluj-Napoca (2017) will be continued with the 15th European Workshop in Phosphorus Chemistry in Uppsala, Sweden. This traditional workshop series has contributed to the strong position of the European research community and allowed for a fruitful exchange of ideas, opinions and excellent discussions. The topics of this conference cover organic, inorganic, polymer, and material chemistry as well as biological research.
The focus of the workshop is to support early stage researchers and give them the opportunity to communicate their work to the leading European research groups in phosphorus chemistry. The program includes oral contributions from early stage researchers (15+5 min, 1 presentation per research group), poster sessions (no limitation), and a couple of plenary/keynote lectures from industry and academia. Students will also chair the sessions of oral contributions. Prizes for best posters, oral contributions and chairs will be awarded.
