This Special Issue aims to spotlight cutting-edge research that delves into the design intricacies, novel architectures, optimization methodologies, and integration strategies of passive filters within the context of modern micromachining.

Contributors are invited to delve into topics such as advanced filter architectures, innovative materials, miniaturization techniques, and emerging applications. By examining the latest developments, challenges, and breakthroughs in passive filter design and implementation, this Special Issue intends to foster a deeper understanding of their significance across industries. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process.
