Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. There are some grammatical, alignment and typographical errors are noted in the manuscript and it should be thoroughly checked and corrected throughout the manuscript. For example,

·         in line number 79, the words “there no” may be as “there are no”;

·         in line number 169, “western” as “a western”;

·         in line number 289, “PASE” as “the PASE”;

·         in line number 346,  “DMSO were” as “DMSO was”;

·         in line number 381, “table 1” as “Table 1”.

The mistakes which are not mentioned here are also to be checked and corrected properly.

2. Check the abbreviations throughout the manuscript and introduce the abbreviation when the full word appears the first time in the abstract and the remaining for the text and then use only the abbreviation (For example, in line number 16, the word “UV”; in line number 104, the authors used only abbreviations for “DPPH” and “ABTS” but in line number 321 and 322, both expansion and abbreviation are given). Make a word abbreviated in the article that is repeated at least three times in the text, not all words  to be abbreviated.

3. The full form of the species should be given when the first time appears in both the abstract and in the remaining part of the manuscript and it should be followed by only the first letter of the genus (For example, Phaseolus angularis when the first time appear and followed by P. angularis).

4. The reference cited in the results section should be removed and it may be given in any other part of the manuscript. The results should be key points of the overall observation of the results of the present study only and not with others (For example, in line numbers 183, 184, 194 etc.,).

5. The figures legends should be improved and a proper footnote should be given. All legends should have enough description for a reader to understand the figures without having to refer back to the main text of the manuscript. For example, the necessary units should be given for the parameters used in the present investigation.

6. In materials and methods, under the heading “4.1. Sample preparation”, the authors should mention properly the details of plant seed collection (in particular, the source) and the quantity of fresh sample used and the quantity of the powder obtained (the ratio between fresh seed and powder). And also the authentication statement should be added.

7. In materials and methods, the authors should explain why ethnol was selected as the suitable solvent for extraction.

8. In the materials and methods, the authors may cite references for standard protocol, instead of mentioning kid or manufacture instructions, if reference is given with it and the same should be added in the reference section.

9. The authors may justify how the dose optimized for the present investigation either in the materials and methods (either based on available literature or previous study). If from the others study should be supported with reference.

10. In conclusion, it is highly recommended to include the limitations of the present study and future directions for better understanding.

Reviewer 2 Report

Is only one molecule detected in the Analysis of chemical contents?

The material and method part contains significant plagiarism. They should be revised.

Some of the information given in the discussion section should be supported by references.

The figures look very pale. Resolutions and quality should be increased.
