Overview and general recommendation:
Thanks for the opportunity to review this research. The manuscript entitled „The Accumulation of Volatile Compounds and the Change in the Morphology of the Leaf Wax Cover Accompanied the "an-ti-aging" Effect in Anethum graveolens L. Plants Sprayed with 6-BAP” demonstrates the potential effect of exogenous cytokinin 6-BAP on the growth and development of Anethum graveolens plants. The subject of the manuscript is topical and the article is very interesting to read.
1. Introduction
The introduction is well structured, but the authors should also highlight the importance of the study.
2. Materials and Methods
The used methods are accurate.
3. Results and discussion
The results are clearly presented. All characters in the text must be in italic.
There are some technical errors in the text and the references. Please check them. The length, quality and language of the paper are adequate.

General comment
The manuscript ''The Accumulation of Volatile Compounds and the Change in the Morphology of the Leaf Wax Cover Accompanied the "anti-aging" Effect in Anethum graveolens L. Plants Sprayed with 6-BAP'' described the influence of treatment with 6-BAP of two varieties of Anethum graveolens. It was found that tretament with 6-BAP caused change in the division of leaf blades, intensitity of flowering, and in essential oil content. Also, the influence of heat and water togother with 6-BAP was investigated. Article is well done but some things should be added (see comments below).
Abstract
Line 34: explain abbreviation ''6-BAP''
Line 35: the names of the varieties should be writing on the botanical correct way. Change ''dill plants of the “Uzory” and “Rusich” varieties'' into ''Anethum graveolens L. 'Uzory' and 'Rusich' varieties''
Keywords
Add some other Keywords instead of ''6-BAP'' and ''Anethum graveolens'' which are mentioned in manuscript title
1. Introduction
Line 87: add ''(Anethum graveolens L., family Apiaceae)'' after ''dill'' (because it is mentioned for the first time in main manuscript)
3. Results
Line 132 and 137: cultivars name 'Uzory' and 'Rusich' should be in Normal. Change through all manuscript
Figures 1 and 2: Fig. 1 contain only photographs of cultivar 'Uzory', while fig. 2 contain only photographs of cultivar 'Rusich'. Why authors gave photos of only one cultivar? It will be more useful to see photos of both cultivars.
Line 182: omit space after bracket.
Line 183: add space before ''The''
Add table with all 45 and 46 EO compounds in cultivars 'Uzory' and 'Rusich', respectively.
Please, put Table 1 in Landscape orientation to be more readable.
Line 205: add ''with'' after ''treatment''?
4. Discussion
There is no authors opinion how to explain that treatment with 6-BAP had different effect on leaves morphology, because in one cultivar treatment caused longer while in second shorter segments (lines 132-138). It seems that there is no specific influence of treatment.
Line 263: omit ''s''
Line 298: omit ''(2021)''
Line 300: write scientific plant names with or without authors’ abbreviation (see also lines 247 and 275)
2. Materials and Methods
Line 335: change "Uzory" into 'Uzory'
Line 337: change "Rusich" into 'Rusich'
Lines 374, 375: change letter "x" into symbol "×"
References
Line 443: ''Dill ('' and ''L.)'' should not to be in Italic
Line 457: the same for ''L.''
Line 491, 492: omit Underline
Lines 495, 496: Umbelliferae
Line 520, 521: omit Underline
Line 563: change letter "x" into symbol "×" before "piperita"
