I enjoyed the article and thought it was well written and thorough.  I think that a diagram of the algorithm the authors use when deciding on nail vs arthroplasty then what type of arthroplasty (standard vs revision stem; cemented vs press fit, total vs bipolar; wire cerclage vs plate for greater trochanter fixation) would be visually helpful and efficient for the reader to quickly understand the decision making for these fractures.
