Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors, please look at some little corrections in the attached file.

Comments for author File: Comments.pdf

Author Response

Thank you for you comments and input. All maked language shortcoming has been included. Also sentences that were marked as unclear were rearanged in clear manner.

Reviewer 2 Report

In this study, the characteristics of SRLTM used in the Reciprocating Water Pump are well analyzed and experimentally considered.

The structure of the lift-and-force pump is well explained.
The power inverter circuit in Fig. 4 is simple and there is no significant difference compared to the previous studies.
On the other hand, the structure of the switched reluctance linear tubular motor and the circuit for driving are well explained.

In Chapter 3, Simulation model for motor dynamics, there is an original modeling explanation.
Equations were derived based on modeling, and through this, they were used well for numerical analysis.
However, rather than listing the parameters in Chapter 3.2, please organize them in a separate table.

In the experimental results, the limitations of this study are explained.
It would be nice to write how we can improve and what kind of research can be conducted in the future.

Author Response

According to the suggestion, parameters in chapter 3 were arranged in table 1. Also future plans were listed in conclusion chapter. Thank you for your kind revision, and good word.

Reviewer 3 Report

Please uniform the style of references citing:

Line 35: [3], [4]

Line 64: [11, 12, 13]

In the text both “Figure” (line 201) and “Fig.” (line 141 for example) are used.

Author Response

The citing along whole document has been checked and uniformed. Also all figures references has been unified according to MDPI Energies standard. Thank you for that input, since unification of document sometimes it is hard to obtain yet it is important for quality of reception.
