Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors touched on very interesting topics of security in IoT architectures. They provided a comprehensive list of methods that are used within the literature and proposed a method that they claim and verify via a sufficient number of simulations and statistics that outperforms traditional and state-of-the-art methods. I appreciate that the paper has a nice literature review that will be a good introduction even for readers outside the topic.

The model SU-CMO Model the steps can be also aggregated into some more high-level view on the steps so it would make the readability easier for the readers that need just high-level overview of the method.

Overall, I am satisfied with the methods and results description. The paper sounds.

Minor changes:
- Convert Figures to vector graphics. For instance, Figure 1. is in raster graphics, however, it would be more readable if it would be in vector graphics.
- The numbering of equations is somehow weirdly aligned not to the right of the line. Further, add commas or dots after each equation (it is part of the sentence).
- Please provide the correct multiplication symbol. For example, equation 15/16 between Wu, Wr, and WR contains the wrong symbol for multiplication). The multiplication symbol should be in the middle.

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper is organzied well, and its shows a new hybrid model for the IoT environment, here is some suggestions for the authors.

1. more disscussion for the reuslts comparsion is expected it is better to show the reasons.

2. A diagram or flowchart for SU-CMO is suggested to be added.

Reviewer 3 Report

My comments:

1. The topic of this paper is interesting and it will contribute in related research field.

2. At least 3 more related literature of 2022 should be added.

3. “4. Extraction of Diverse Features” “5. SU-CMO-based Hybrid classification” and “6. Results and Discussion” are well presented.

4. The section “Conclusion” must be reinforced more. For example, the more contributions to academic research as well as theoretical implications, research limitations, and suggestions for further research.
