RETRACTED: Song et al. Spatial–Temporal Characteristics and Determinants of Digital Divide in China: A Multivariate Spatial Analysis. Sustainability 2019, 11, 4529

The journal and authors retract the article (Spatial–Temporal Characteristics and Determinants of Digital Divide in China: A Multivariate Spatial Analysis) [1] cited above.
Following publication, the authors contacted the editorial office regarding data errors. During a review of the data, the authors found that the data of independent variables in the methods and Table 4 were not consistent. The changes to the data required were so substantial that it was decided that a correction would not be appropriate.
Adhering to our complaints procedure, an investigation was conducted that confirmed the extent of the data errors and the article is therefore retracted.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Sustainability.
The authors agreed to this retraction.
