GNSS Signal Availability Analysis in SSV for Geostationary Satellites Utilizing multi-GNSS with First Side Lobe Signal over the Korean Region
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The authors have certainly improved the revised text, but still insufficiently for acceptance. They put in just enough effort to make it acceptable as an revision. There are still a lot of technical shortcomings.
Although the authors corrected the shortcomings in most things, certainly the literature could have been more extensive, as well as further directions of research described, etc ...
References [19] and [24] do not appear in the text (at least in my reviewer version of the manuscript). Please correct.
Please uniform use of ‘Fig.’ and ‘Figure’ in the text.
Why is the caption of Figure 2 underlined?
Most figures need to be fixed. Figures 4, 5, 6, 7 should be enlarged and/or text on their axes.
Figure 10 is blurred. Please provide better one. Also, in Figure 12 the reader cannot see the legend and what is written on it.
Reference [28] appear in the text before reference [27]. Please correct
Acknowledgments appears twice in the text, in line 464 and 472?
-In References: All references should be written in the same way, according to the journal style. Please correct.

Reviewer 2 Report
This is a revision version, and it shows detailed revision and in a very good form. I think it is possible to publish it in current form.
Two minor issues:
1. Both 1st and 1-st are used, they should be in consistent form. By the way, it would be better to add “the” before “1st”;
2. There should a blank between numerical value and unit.

Reviewer 3 Report
It is clearly presented that the use of side lobe signals improves the navigation performance in SSV. The effects by Chinese BDS has been shown by the analysis and simulation at Korean and the opposite side regions. The overall results seem reasonable.
Minor typos:
- In Figure 1, "MEO < 3,000 km" may be "MEO < 8,000 km".
