This paper proposes to jam the intra-pulse frequency agile radar by using a non-uniform interrupted-sampling and forwarding method under the parameter constraint. The topic of this paper is interesting. However, the following issues need to be better investigated:

1.       Uniform interrupted-sampling and forwarding method is a special case of non-uniform interrupted-sampling and forwarding method. What are the advantages of non-uniform interrupted-sampling and forwarding method compared with uniform interrupted-sampling and forwarding method? Please compare and explain.

2.       Whether the frequency modulation slope of the radar will change. How to obtain the frequency modulation slope for jammer.

3.       The first time NUISRJ appears in line 45, it needs to be explained in detail before giving the abbreviation. Please check the full text carefully for similar problems.

4.       Regarding the second contribution, whether this sub-pulse width estimation method is your first use. If not, can this point be your contribution?

5.       The NUISRJ on line 122 does not correspond to Figure 3 and should be changed to ISRJ. Please check the full text carefully for similar problems.

6.       Whether the interference signal in Figure 3 has a delay with the true target in the time domain? Are true and false targets exactly the same in the time domain?

7.       The derivation of Equations 21 to 22 needs to be explained in detail.

8.       The overall layout of the paper needs to be centered.

9.       The format of the references needs to be uniform. For example, the case of author name in references 21 and 22 is different from that in previous references. Please check for similar problems carefully and modify them.

10.    How can a false target generated by interference be close to a true target in the frequency domain? The article gives little explanation on this part and only puts forward the method of parameter constraint. Please explain in detail.

1. What is the full name of NUISRJ abbreviation? Also please add the abbreviation table.

2. At the beginning of the second section, please add an explanation of the purpose of the signal model section.

3. Which literature is referred to for the mathematical model of 'Non-uniform Interrupted-sampling Repeater Jamming Model'?

4. Which literature do you refer to for the mathematical model of 'Intra-pulse Frequency Agile'?

5. What is the purpose of the derivation of these two mathematical models (opinions 3 and 4 above) that need to be explained?

6. What are the advantages of NUISRJ?

7. Four experiments were carried out in the simulation part, which is a little too much. Please do an experiment comparing the results of NUISRJ with recent related research methods. I suggest doing two experiments based on the model in the second section to prove the contribution .
