The authors are asked to make some corrections in it because of the following reasons:
- Introduction- must be improved, the statements in this section are not in cooncordance with the research goals and hypothesis. Articles that present the basic idea and mechanisms should be cited and should be briefly presented the nutrition values of the rice.
- Is necessary to expand and complete of the the chapters Results, Discussion with detailed conclusions.
- These sections are very limited in this manuscript.
- Personal results should be interpreted more and compared with other results from recent literature.
- It’s not clear that how many replicates were done?
- In the graphics is not showed the standard deviation for the measurements.

The introduction has been improved by adding more recent publications in page 2 line 45-63 and the reference has been cited.
Comment:
Is necessary to expand and complete of the chapters Results, Discussion with detailed conclusions. These sections are very limited in this manuscript.

The results, discussion and conclusion have been improved accordingly in page 3 line 251-255 and 278-290.
Comment:
Personal results should be interpreted more and compared with other results from recent literature.

The discussion of results have been improved.

It’s not clear that how many replicates were done?
Response:
Planting elevation experiment was carried in three independent replications. Storage experiment was carried in four independent replications. These have been previously provided in page 3 line 108, 129.

In the graphics is not showed the standard deviation for the measurements

The standard deviations have been added in all table and figures.

Response:
The grain samples were not oven dried but the moisture content was measured before chemical analysis and the concentrations were expressed in dry weight basis with no moisture content. The sentences have been corrected.
