Reviewer 2 Report

General comments:

The paper presents a review of the existing data on the value of virtual chromoendoscopy (VC) in capsule endoscopy (CE) regarding its efficacy in identifying causes of GI bleeding, mucosal changes in coeliac disease, and other GI lesions like polyps or tumors. The subject of the manuscript is interesting and up-to-date.

Specific comments:

The work is well-organized, comprehensively described, and scientifically sound.

I have found one sentence in the Materials and Methods section that has been duplicated and needs correction= see the attached file.

My conclusion: this is an interesting paper and may be accepted in its present form (after the aforementioned small correction) .
