Reviewer 2 Report

article of a high scientific level and of interest to the research community!!!

have you found differences with covid? have you ever thought about this research?

have you investigated how the role of mast cells may affect inflammation and lesion development?

please read

there are some periods to be revised but no serious spelling errors

Author Response

The changes in the DRS spectra  of the oral mucosa are correspond with the changes of mast cells during inflammation and lesion development described by [Tete G, et al.], [Laishram D., et al.].

As a further work, we plan a more detailed study of the correlation between changes in DRS spectra and histopathological changes in oral mucosa, including changes in mast cells, also as specifics  of lesions caused by COVID-19.

Text  of the manuscript has been modified according to your recommendations  (p. 5, p.14).
