A few spelling errors to be addressed (line 28 - "per" should be "pre-" and the brackets () should be removed from lines 26, 29, and 41).

Interesting and rare but severe complication following pediatric adenotonsillectomy

The article is well structured and sympathetically written. I think that this rare case report is worthy for readers. I personally have 20 years of experience with pediatric ENT, and I have never seen such a case. Thus I have no hesitations to recommend it for publications.
